I’m not sure, but I’m happy for the players that this special Exo is accessible to all
I’ve posted in the past about events/planets and how some of them should have been accessible to all players. Especially a holiday Exo like this one. I think Gleambows should have been made accessible to all, but they left out a lot of casual/noob players at the time.
