I ordered a 3km planet on the shop site about 40 minutes ago and got the immediate “Order #XXXX confirmed” email but have not received the “Order #XXXX purchase” email that normally accompanies it with the world key and link to configuration. Has anyone else experienced this recently?
I’ve checked spam and junk folders (I’m on Gmail), and all the other folders for that matter. The last sovereign I ordered was May 1 and they had concurrent time stamps for both emails. I’ve had probably a dozen or so sovereigns since that update launched and this is a first for me.
I replied to the “confirmed” email but… that might just be like yelling into a void
