One Shot Tutorial?

was thinking about this often throughout the week -

Was wondering if it would be a good idea to have a one shot tutorial - meaning:

For those who love alting/re-creating characters (like myself) maybe it would streamline our time if it would be possible to code for the tutorial to only be done once per account? and then if you create an alt/new character then the tutorial would already be done… and you would already be the level you would be after completing the tutorial in the first place?

Tutorial per user or per alt?

At the moment every new tab needs to go through tutorial doing all the basic things: placing a camp, a beacon, creating first tools etc. It is ok for now and helps testing the objective/tutorial system. My question is: What are the plans for later? Whats the end-game state of tutorial system? I would expect not to be stuck with repeating the same basic things to level up whatever new tabs I create. How will tutorial tasks be replaced for new tabs to provide the initial xp gain (if at all)? Or…
