I forget, do mob drops show on the resource tab? Oortstone is a rare drop from roadrunners…

Yes i do use fast brews while exploring new atlases
I get fall damage walking up stairs while on a fast brew. This isnt reliable enough to be considered mount worthy lol

NI’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. Just add another slot or 2 on larger portals. Seems like the simplest solution.
If they ever rework the whole portal system. Then I would say. Make the cost of portals go by distance not size. It would allow for way more cool builds/portals. (30 block portal on the same planet would cost the same as a 1x2 now). Think about how many cool portal would pop up.
I had a few problems with my habits when “go home” Was introduced as an option when you die but man, I’m so spoiled by free warp home now I use it to TP across my own build.
This has saved me literally hours since it was introduced and even though I feel it takes a little from the game I’ve been playing long enough that going back home to T1 from a T6 world because I forgot my atlas or a pie is no longer “part of the adventure”.
Sorry I know that’s a little off topic but lots of talk of transport/vehicles and stuff here and I just want to say that I’m very happy with this recent addition to personal transport options.
Also IMO running a portal is both a convenience and an attraction. Even though I’m nervous with my latest 3 oort/hour portal (I know, I know…).
Shards for up to 4/hour, compact for up to 8/hour and refined in anything bigger would be one sort of progression that would make sense. But IMO something that means that you at least have to come at the weekends if you want to maintain a giant portal.
Not losing your inventory on a vacation or in an emergency is important. People want to feel like they own their space and that’s very sensible, it’s basic humanity. Portals however are a convenience/service and I 100% agree that they should require active play.
This creates, among other things, OPPORTUNITY that should not be removed.
