this is a too that will place diffrent pattern of blocks. in one hand you hold the block you want to place and on the other hand you hold the Pattern Building tool. This forces you to have the block in your hand to use it but it allows for greater control.

by forging the tool you can add different effects to it like:
AOE of different sizes1x3, 2x3, 3x3 all the way up to 9x9 maybe
Pillars different sizes 1x5 2x5 3x5
