My base is on a sovereign t4 planet that is orbiting around circarpous 1 what is the portal size to finata I wanna connected a portal to my shop
How many blinksec does it say from the sovereign to Finata
From Circ to Finata is 9 blinksecs, so to your Sov would be 10 blinksecs… which would be 6 conduits.

This might help anyone for future reference:
On this, there’s a section at the bottom named Portal. That’s to see your oort per hour cost on whatever blinksec distance your portal will be. The left bar is number of conduits used. 
Here are some portal distance tools that take two planets and just tell you conduits and cost/hr
