Just a little bank/postal humor. They generally put an extra blank page in envelopes that have personal info to hide that info from prying eyes. Anyway people would get the blank page and be sure there was some error, so the companies would put on that blank page, “This page was intentionally ledt blank” which is ironic because it’s not blank with that wordage on it.
