Hello, I wonder if there is a server with Eu correct ping ? I can not find server with a ping less than 400ms . Is there a french server? (Sorry for my English)
Have you tried using EU North? (that exists right.)
If not then try every kind of server. (EU west, north,east,south & US same

i am from germany and i have at the eu central server ping ~40ms and eu west a ping from ~20ms
but sometimes the server has ping problems. can you say if the ping problem still all time or only on one day ?
What sort of connection are you running?
nothing changes I always see 945-500 ms ! I’m on the server had packnl center - quiet

Can you open a command window (cmd.exe) and type the below and let us know what you get.

A 3mbs connection is low for the amount of data it needs to down load.
The ‘slow network’ can also be if your getting a very low frame rate - it would be 2 or 3fps in this case. What CPU and GPU do you have?
