As much as I am a proponent of a universal mall, someone will always want to make their own mall for whatever reason. It’s the one of the reasons I stopped managing a mall.
BUTT makes malls almost pointless, a small community makes malls hard to manage and almost pointless and 10 malls just seems redundant. You could create a shop out in the middle of a planet and do just as well, if not better, than having a shop in a mall.
