As the title says, I just bought a forged 3x3 diamond hammer for 13k coins from a players store and it took my money but DID NOT give me my item!
I have the full thing saved on video, please tell me how I can send this footage from my ps4 to a dev, I am so pissed off right now, I am actually disheartened from playing the game until this is sorted out.
Either I get my coins back, or I get my hammer. Spent so long getting titanium bombs as I prepare to hunt emeralds for mixer coils, decided an aoe hammer would help speed it up and boom, 13k coins down and nothing to show for it.

Been in correspondence with the devs, they have been really helpful and it turns out that Iâm actually an idiot; I had infact purchased a forged titanium hammer instead of what I thought was a diamond hammer (omegalul). To be fair it was among gem tools and such and it was really just me being stupid/ blind.

I did, all I had was titanium hammer smart stack and it is not with them, I had no other gem tools. This is all on the video too as this is the first thing I checked
If its in the support category (correct choice btwđ ) they will see it, but tagging @james anyway as I know heâs responded to my issues before. Theyâll be on it in a little bit promise.
Meanwhile if you could post the location of the stand, time of transaction, name of alt etc that stuff usually helps speed up the investigation

Yeah i wish more people would take a breath before (or even after!) they post a rant⌠But no problem its all good. In fact, between âyou get the coins or the hammerâ i think you probably got all the possible outcomes covered anyway!
Do you know the name of the player who owned the shop?
The video may be of some use if we canât work out what happened since we may be able to reproduce a bug by watching exact steps, so hold on to it for now and if we need it weâll find the best way for you to send it over.
I can see a purchase at 17:43:20 BST for a titanium hammer for 13,000 coin from a shop at -67N 617E and I can see a forged titanium hammer forged by Mad-King in your inventory (itâs in a smart stack of titanium hammers). Itâs possible that somehow the game managed to make the purchase from the adjacent shop plinth, can you see if there is an adjacent shop plinth selling titanium hammers for the same price?
Itâs possible itâs some sort of mis-prediction in the game client, so the shop plinth it looks like you were buying from is not what the server thought you were interacting with, if thatâs the case itâll probably be useful for us to look at the video to try and work out how to ensure that canât happen again.
I have actually had this mis-prediction happen before. Hit E on stand went to go purchase a titanium hammer, to realize it was the stand right beside it with silver hammers that had opened. Thank god I noticed before I bought it. Hope all gets settled @ganja Cheers
