My character is dropping 2-3 building blocks at once . Placing crops works fine as do other functions. I’ve tried two mice "Steelseries,Razer with no difference . Should I uninstall/reinstall the game . It’s been running since game launch (Windows PC)FYI . Thank you .
Do you have the Builder’s Buff guild buff running?
You can also check this setting to make sure it’s not been changed to “None”…

There’s a setting somewhere on pc for block placement delay. Can you double check that it’s not set to none ?
