Right now in the game we have unlimited inventory items we can use to build stuff with it. My question is that are we gonna still be able to have that feature when the game is fully released? I know some blocks can’t be unlimited like the currency ones or something but just basic blocks like the wood and stone with other misc items too like glass. If the basic ones are going to be problem to put in game may I suggest that you label those basic blocks as untradable so people can’t use that resource for money purposes and keep the other tradeable blocks separated.
What do you mean by “unlimited?”
I believe items stop stacking at 98, and there are only a certain amount of slots in your inventory.
Maybe it has changed in the C++ version though.
in the pre-alpha the comma button next to the m button on the right lets you toggle unlimited resource or off when you want to use it.
Interesting. I shall have to examine that.
Infinite blocks has been removed for the C++ version as this is the intended way Boundless is to be played.
Having unlimited blocks would negate a lot of the economy stuff that is “coming soon”, so it won’t be a feature of the final game.
