It says +40 speed and your gear stat shows 95?

Skill effect is taking into account for the action speed to be 95 - It says at the bottom of the information on the hammer stats

I bought what remained of the hammer while OP was sleeping The new exos appearing three at a time must put quite a lot of stress on the forgers to provide enough hammers for the increased demand.
