Hi guys,
We’ll be taking the servers down in about 5 minutes to implement a little hotfix. The hotfix will resolve a server crash which users were experiencing over the weekend.
We expect the downtime to be minimal.

Why did you stop to public release notice for hotfixes?
Because hotfixes are small… and they add new planets that way 
New planets don’t require a hot fix.
