Shovel bug?

Only seen this with the ruby shovel, cause that is the only one I’ve seen in my hands. But I guess this is definitely not intended that iron hammers [750 damage, 30 hit speed] always one hit the blocks on starter planets, while the ruby shovel [800 damage, 75 hit speed] needs always 2 hits AND has the same hit speed (despite of the tooltip) tahn iron shovels

Please tell me thats a bug :[

What is your mastery with shovels? If you lack the mastery to use higher level tools, they work with a severe penalty.

I’m willing to bet your shovel mastery is at or near 0.

Oh thats because I used a different character my bad.
