Tell me what you want, and what you think is a fair price. Keep in mind I’m only in the 30’s as well. Saves me making a whole new thread to ask. I have no desire to run an “everything shop,” but making some coin would be nice. Too many abandonned shops. I can rarely find what I’m looking for. (So I just go get it myself, if I can.)

go check out the the sunken town we about to open and have various systems to avoid dead shops keep eye out on forum we be posting about it soons

I have always been more of a trader than shopper.
If i get a change to trade i do it.
Even if i would lose in a trade i get better feeling after that than just buying.

Example i give 900 oort shards for 10k specific trunk. Thats nice trade cause i know i helped other person too with stuff

If I’m on, I’m happy to trade. I just seem to be on at different hours from anyone else.

I’m kind of the same. I like passing it on, hence my my prices always cheap.

I don’t want people to think I was calling out “elitists” btw, had a little feedback as it coming across that way :disappointed:. It was more just making people a little conscious of how hard it is starting out in this game. Especially with the small player base.

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

You know I got to thinking after your post the main reason I hold on to my money most was because it was so hard to get coin to begin with. So my mindset is like “Nope not gonna be broke and go through that again.” So yeah that has a lot to do with it.

I mean I think you’re missing the general concept of what I’m saying.

For example, I had 500k spare today. Went on a huge adventure buying stuff from random smaller shops. The majority I won’t make anything on but break even. But it gives someone maybe who finds getting coin harder, some coin to spend, while stocking my shop…

I’m not saying go out and blow all of your coin, but just go and visit those little stores and buy a few things

I’m pretty generous with stuff for people who move into axon City on the planet Biitula. I’ve given away everything from Rock Stone refined materials decorative materials machines and even coils to the people that inhabit Axon. The longer the person inhabits Axon the more generous items become for example I’m not giving coils away to someone who just logged in today lots of laughs. I think a lot of us are generous in this game. However to the person that floated the wealth tax idea I’m sure you we’re joking but just in case you weren’t  no way

I hate money but boy do I have a lot and i am keeping it all to myself :money_mouth_face:.

Adding to that I think it’s time to quit so if anyone is interested in the old farm house you will need about 3000 plots I built it for farming but can’t be bothered to wait anymore.

:frowning:

What do you like buying I will make my shop to suit your needs :yum:

But I have 1 in River Towns Lake mall, 1 on Lamblis right by portals and my other on Eresho newly built all in blue :slightly_smiling_face:

A lot of your request basket money is going to smaller shops indirectly - I’ve been buying stuff at equal to or slightly less than you offer and moving it to you. I can’t possibly get that many cores and beans on my own! I’ve also been leaving your baskets half full on occasion to give more people a reason to visit.

I am very active on the market in this game, and while some may consider me rich, I don’t really. All my money goes back into circulation. I buy lots of building material and other stuff with the money I make. I also gladly support smaller shops but usually small shops do not have the quantities I need, so it’s sometimes kinda hard to be supportive :persevere::thinking:

Yup. This.

Lost count of how many times i help new players, give them bricks or a build i saved, for them to be gone a few days or weeks later. Boundless new player retentions is appalling…

On a strange note, i went to help two new players near me with some basic aoe tools and machines. They refused as they wanted to learn from scratch. Got to say, 1 week in and the build is pretty damn epic. Machines in place (few coils) and a nice chiselled design. Was rather shocked tbh

For this reason I’ve stopped doing it. I am afraid that us giving them better stuff than they can make at the moment actually discourages them since when it’s gone it will take a while before they can make/get it themselves…

Last time 2 newbies settles near me, they asked questions, wanted to know where flint was, told them to hit many rocks, then went out to a mountain nearby and grabbed some for them. After that I told them if they need anything to just ask and that I’m willing to give them anything they want but that I know not everyone wants that right away…

I’m gonna pop over the lore today and take a lil peek :eyes:
