I’ve not seen this so far. Can you just confirm that you didn’t go through a portal / warp prior to seeing this message, as this should only appear during those moments.
and I do have the area it is just off center
Oh, I misunderstood the original issue. So it has nothing to do with the text in the middle of the screen as shown in the first screenshot, but rather the fact that the region is not displayed on the atlas where your character was currently located?

Hmm, yes, there is someone odd going on with using atlases. I’ve added this to the database for someone to look into.
