Those are on planets like Shedu Tier, and Norkyna.
If you go after Glow Caps and stuff you should be able to find them nearby.

They’re on: Cardass, Kol Huroo, Houchus I, Alcyon, Norkyna, and Galan.

Do you have an atlas? Maybe place an edible lamella, or pulsating orb on it. It will help you find exactly where they are.

Also the surface resources tab in the worlds menu should show you which planets have more than others.

yep those will be found plentifully in caves, not (commonly) on the surface

They grow in the mud mostly. They appear t4 and above
