I can’t / won’t create a paypal account which seems to be the only way to buy the game on here, if i buy the collectors edition via steam is there a way to upgrade it with out using paypal?
Had a bad experience with paypal and an even worse one with there customer support, not sure why your thing doesn’t just have the process credit card like most do, only gives me the login or create an account and pay at the same time options 
At the moment our upgrading process is manual and does go via PayPal.
It would be great if we could spend some time making the purchasing process more deluxe and support more payment methods - but we’re focusing on game dev at the moment. I understand that you want to avoid PayPal - others have commented this as well.
You can use a credit or debit card through paypal without actually creating an account.
UPDATE: Had to contact Paypal before i could use my info to even make an account cause they don’t like me as much as i dont like them however i have resolved the issues and was able to make an account and proceed with payment. the CDN to USD exchange rate is painful! still bought Wayferer regardless! Thanks guys
Thanks James, I can appreciate the priority of dev time going towards the game vs making a fancy payment system for sure 
@Larkok I did a paypal purchase today via ebay and i’m familiar with buying with out creating account but when i try the same thing for this is only gives me the “Agree and Create Account” button at the bottom not the “Pay” button like i normally see.
Likewise the two options i have at the top are “Pay with my PayPal account” and “Create a PayPal Account”
i’ll try going though it some to see if it gives me an option to bypass it later but normally it just gives the option to pay with out making the account as i did earlier today.
