I followed the instructions on the playboundless website but I haven’t receive my confirmation on my email yet since Saturday.
If you did everything right your mail should be processes within the next days (it took up to one week for me)
I think it is a manual process, but @ben or any of the devs might be able to help. It took them about two weeks for them to upgrade mine.
It says 24 hours so I thought it will be quick the next day I log in.
I also did this.

What is DM? I’m guessing it’s equivalent to Private Message but I can’t for the life of me figure out what the D stands for. Closest I’m at is “Discourse Message”.

Haha. I like that better than Direct Message.
When you have a novel to write for your message, you can send a “discourse” or “dissertation” message. 
That and the company that does the forums is known as Discourse 
Haha! How fitting.
They certainly do a good job with it. I enjoy using this forum.
