The basic Weather Effects were added back in, with a temporary weather cycle until the biome information is available. Biomes will define their own weather. At the moment it’s global for the world.

Will the Weather from different biomes blend?

Is there also the option to have it fade in whenever you change your items and letting it disappear again after that?

Planning to give players controls over HUD presentation, options like: Always display, Hide Slowly, Hide Instantly.
