Spanner Mastery Bug

I got impatient and pulled out my ‘junior forger’ deck again. I forgot to take a pic at 10/10 before iset it but the +100 rank shows it. [20190528203051_1] I think this is just a ‘max’ not a ‘cap’ as the spanner is able to do the repair indicated by the stats on the tool.

48k max repair with a maxed spanner user and the correct spanner for the item you’re repairing.

No damage buffs and nothing like a critical hit.
