Yep, a lot of the prestige multipliers are based on percentages, like blocks chiseled % and exotic materials %. Adding blocks that don’t satisfy the criteria will lower the percentage, bringing your multiplier down a little bit. So when you are adding a lot of zero prestige blocks it can bring down your total prestige down a little bit.
Also why I chisel every hidden surface…well, that and it looks better.

Oh now I understand, cheers for the insight guys
Your character looks pretty relaxed in that bath!
Too relaxed
It does look nice. Our late build during beta was mostly made of metal, being a cyberpunk-esque Hive.
That looks really good, a shame I can’t share screens from ps4. Building an underground base with brick and metal.
The sand on Till is a very good smooth “white”. I also like the color on Serpensarindi for a nice natural sand color. The only thing is that larger walls of it can catch light in a strange way that looks pretty ugly- i don’t know if that’s directional or not.
Oooh I’ll have to test those colours out, thanks! Yeh mine is Pale Tan and it looks dark green depending on where the sun is lol
You can take vids andv send them directly to youtube.
I usually only notice the light-catching problem on N-S facing vertical walls, but yeah…large expanses of it in any face really tiles in a distracting way. (fwiw- I have torn down these things since, but this is what the Till sand looked like in my build when I used it https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/945082038044496829/E643815F7166A0C515B1A453392F7571B4302177/)
I think sand and soils are the smoothest textures, but I definitely will be continuing to look.
Yes, but no screens, except for facebook lol. Thanks though.
Niiiice that looks smooth, I might have to get some of that sand and just light up the build strategically
Cheers Stud
Oh, I loved The Hive. Are you guys working on something similar on the new universe?
Perhaps
