We do check the forum, although we may not get round to replying to every single forum post on there. I did see that you have commented on this forum topic, where I have replied to (although I do acknowledge you were not the OP in this instance).
Usually when players report issues, I would normally try to investigate these in game to see whether I can reproduce them or not, so in my case, I do spent a lot of time doing this, as well as checking that software engineers have fixed bugs and testing the next releases on top of that. And I usually thank people for reporting issues where possible.
