Why do some damage calculators have Power +9?

Is there a guild buff or something i cant see that gives you an extra “Power” skill point?

My only guess is 1 is actually = to 0 in the game. Cause when looking at the damage calculator having it on 9 is the only way to show the correct damage of the forged tool with max miner stats. But I’m probably wrong lol

8 points in power
5 points in the all stat bonus = equivalent of 1 point in power
8 + 1 = 9
