Yeah it’s pretty close to the portal hub. If you’ve come from PS, turn right(away from Ultima hub portal) head to the road under the giant sign, take a left, at the fork turn right and follow it, omni’s is on your left before the next turn.

Found out yesterday that the Cool Blue gleam is actually pretty easy to get. One of the home worlds (tier 2 or tier 1 … can’t remember) even has a ton of them. Went there yesterday and farmed almost 500 in under an hour.
