It’s it possible to open a portal to a planet that is 51 blinksecs away? And if so how do I know how many conduits I need.

Thank you, I didn’t think so but my husband wanted me to check, he wanted a portal from his world to our town.

if it was allowed, imagine extended table of the portal cost - how much oort you would need and how fast would a smart stack of shards be gone (probably a full smart stack to open portal and then 18 shards per hour, meaning refuelling every 2 days)
