It is pretty simple, you’ll just have to change some of the tints on the tattoo to match that of you’re characters colors, that way some parts of the tattoos get camouflaged^^
But for this you will need Gleam Club or a Tint Kit

I did this with the Broken Heart paint, so I just have the heart bit in the middle and not the whole body job. Posted a pic a few days ago, can’t get it atm (phone)

I got the paint after I saw your pic because it just about completes an idea for a funny photoshop I’m going to do. Now if they would only add a jerry curl wig…
