Adding colored text to signs

I have tried every way to add colored text to signs and have not been successful.
Any insight is appreciated.
Yes I am gleam club.

You need to add the colour name in the correct syntax. I.ex.:

:#red:THIS IS RED

will make the whole text look red.

You can also use hex colour numbers instead of in-game names:

:#3697dd:TEST

Can any color be applied, or is there a list of colors that can be used

Any HEX code seems to work for me so far!

TY, been playing with it since I asked, and works with most signs, some of the darker signs won’t change color though.

Ok, I am on PS4, am in gleam club, and wonder how to make this work. I have tried changing the color on a gleam sign but this code didn’t have any effect.

Are you gleam club? I’m on ps4 and have had no issues adding colour to my gleam signs

you need to use above code and they definitely work.

Or you can simply try any 6-digit hex number and see where you end up.

Ok, found the problem… my friend and I share our plots for building, and I was trying to color a sign on their plot - but they are not a gleam club member. The codes worked perfectly on my plots though. Ty all for the info, especially for the link to the HTML Color Codes :slight_smile:

Wait to color signs, the owner must be in the gleam club, so not cool.

Gotta have some perks for paid membership. And imagine the outcry if it wasnt just cosmetics.

It’s an incentive to support the game. It is non-pay to win. IT is all flair, deal with it.

What’s with the toxic remark at the end? You don’t need to be mean to get a point across. And as for your non pay to win, in 1 very specific way it is. Plots. People who can spend more money than just gleam club and initial purchase of the game have the advantage over people who can’t as they go about swathing the landscape in plots for no reason than to deny other players.

Plots can be gained by level… Easily 30 plots a day with just 3 levels at level 50. With just a few hours of play. If you need more then that, support the game. Land costs server space.

Also, I am a mean person naturally. Don’t take it personal.

In my experience the people who say things like this are actually rather nice, but hide it under a gruff, jerky exterior.

Opening up your public yam farm certainly helps this theory.
