Alt blocked at the sanctuary

Does anyone else have the same problem as me on PlayStation? One of my alts can’t access any worlds and can’t leave the sanctuary. No problem with the other ones. @Redlotus :folded_hands:

Was that alt on a sovereign world? And was your home on a sovereign world? If so, dose the world not around no more? There is a way to fix it if so. But if this is not the case then I don’t know, (I am on PlayStation.)

:edit I just now you said gellis is down… Then nvm. I can’t help. :pleading_face:
