Something craft able that lets you check what altitude you are on.
Well needed for the ps4 players that dont have the debug menu, and would also be nice to have for the pc players so we dont need to open the debug menu ;D

Maybe it could be next to the compass or someplace
(if it does become part of HUD, you should have an option to not display it as well)

I do that too, but it would be just a nice extra thing to have. Instead of having to open menus to view altitude

Altitude viewer and chunk indicator… are chunks numbered or something?
Should be added to Atlas 2.0 that is a better map solution including ALT

just imagine. equipping an atlas gear to your character and getting a minimap on the side that says alt
