Anybody else having bad rolls with longevity gum

Longevity gum is either killing me with rng or its not working can someone else give it a try on a hammer and let me know what they got.

It is just how RNG works…

8 rolls and 4 transmutes with x3 longevity at 197% this is the first time its ever been that bad.

I’ve forged about a hundred things rng must of smacked me in the face today

Like the other person which I put a link to the post. This could very well be your 1st time simply experiencing extremely bad RNG. because it is RNG based it is very hard to prove one way or another if something has changed or there is a bug without massive testing. ((You would need a very large sample size from before the problem happened as the control, and then another very large sample size after the problem happened to compare the results to, and because the situation contains RNG, I wouldn’t personally settle for anything under 500 tests per sample size to try to find proof and even then, its RNG, which makes it very hard to show it as proof anyway. and at the end of the day isn’t worth the effort of trying to prove something that might be impossible to prove.)).

Well time to test

Probably just a smack in the face but I will give it another go.

I stoped using it on tools and just starting using ease to reduce energy drain instead.

corrected for my mistake

Always Remember

No Control = No Quantification

It’s ease gum to reduce energy usage.
Lightness is for more action speed.

Yep, the bad luck seemed to calm down for me, so am inclined to agree with Trundamere.

And yeah, Bad RNG happenned to me twice. Couldn’t make any good hammer for 2 days and never had problem before and after.

Did use like 8 longevity gum once still gave me glow boon first roll. Then used transmute to get action speed then reused transmute and it gave me glow again.

Sorry my mistake, but yes I am using ease. Thanks for catching that. :+1:

If I have 0-80% boon points it will roll JUST above the line.
If the points are at 90-100% it will roll at less than 1%.
Especially if i have no pure 1. Gotta use pure 3.
Seems like thats how rng works. Gives you exactly what you don’t want, right when you need it the least =/
Ah well. Next forge.

I only use pure 3, invigorating 2, stability 2, fate 2 and boon removal 1. Then what ever “boons” I’m trying to get.

corrected for typo
