Are all worlds on the same server?

So I am on Solum if I take a portal does it put me on another server?

depending if the portal goes to another planet, if it does it then this is the planets in servers:

Australia: Alturnik, Andoweem, Vena V
US East: Epsilo, Solum, Vulpto
US West: Berlyn, Elopor, Nasharil
EU Central: Therka, Septerfon, Munteen VII

Depends if they build one or not. Solum, therka, vulpto, Vena V, have some sort of towns and stuff.
