I’ve had this happen, when I put new fuel in it, the lower time matched the gleam club I think. I’m pretty sure its just a visual bug but I’d wait for a dev to confirm jus’ in case.
There was an issue previously reported where players were seeing different times on the same beacon and that only the owner will see the actual correct time. We have fixed that, so the next release should fix the above issue as well.
