Is there a planet with an abundance of medium coal? Serpensarindi is not worth a try since there’s a huge vast network of tunnels under every region in Serp. I need a planet where I consistently find coal.
I go to Serp for coal and am getting more than I ever have on any coal planet.

I do too but at this point, its a waste of time. Literally 60-75% of serp has been mined out.
Yeah this. “Coal” planets are misleading. Other T5 planets seem to have much less coal too.

If you didn’t notice, in the last patch they added resource distribution to Worlds in the Places menu which may help show you where has coal.
I noticed that as well. But sometimes its not always a guarantee that you’ll find some. It’s hard enough already farming on Serp with chunks and chunks missing every day underground. They really need to release new worlds already! Ugh people are getting sick of this diamond wall and Serpensarindi being flooded.

I love serp for coal. I dont go there for coal specifically, but when I do go there for gems I come back with a decent chunk of medium coal and almost a stack of hard.
But for soft coal (for compacting) I do prefer Grovidias Te over Gloviasa just becuase the terrain is a bit more forgiving. I can get enough coal for a mass compact in about 10-20 minutes.
If I could compact medium coal then I’d just go to serp everytime. But alas, those nefarious rubies have been alluding me…
4 hours in Serp last night with iron tools and a whole 12 diamonds and the lag. Oceanic servers only have 3 world’s so sit at 200 ping when I mine diamond on Serp. Very painfull.

I agree, the only other diamond planet is a T6 and I’m not willin to farm there till I have a enough workbench coils to justify using my diamonds for hammers.
Ouch. I get a lil laggy when serp is busy, but not 200ping constantly. Hope they get you Aussies one soon!
I have no issues getting coal on Serpensarindi. There are a couple mountains on the planet where cliffsides are completely exposed and you can just grapple to and mine the resources you want. Hard Coal is never exposed , but I find plenty of it just digging a tunnel straight through the mountains.
oh god yes… we need more Aussie Planets T1-3 just inst enough for us… give us more Aussie planets!!!

so so agree. even a tier 5/6 with a mix of gems and titanium. 200-300 ping for hours of mindless grinding is hurting the whole will to load up the game.

Just go to t5 and t6 planets you can’t not find it.
