my sugestion is simple add an option to all blocks to blink empty and full
this simple option will offer builders alot of moving efects in the game
like a rotation efect and conveyor efect i
can see cogs turning this way or things going up and down
theres no need to alter its presence in world when alternating so you keep standing on it as is always there
seems not overcomplicated to add in game i think
