Body Paint not showing up

Bought the flower body paint for my girl. Picked the colors and thought I had clicked for it to be on her. It wasn’t there so, it can take a while. This morning, when I go to play I still don’t see the body paint on her.
Went to the paint section and clicked on it as if to buy the body paint, it says I have it. But there is no option to equip or unequip, to change colors or do anything.

Is this a bug? Do I need to report it or did I do something wrong? How can I get the body paint to show up on her?

I did it yesterday, thought maybe it would take a day to process it. It wasn’t there this morning. I have stopped a couple times, pain so bad I couldn’t play so turned the game off. Then just earlier to see if that would fix it. It doesn’t show the option to equip or unequip this body paint.

Isn’t the flower body paint from the event that only starts 9 hours from now?

Yep, it’s only gonna be in the store during the event, so 9 hours from now or so, at least for the regular servers.

Maybe @Janna55 got it in the test server or something?

Could be but I’ve never seen event items on the TS :woman_shrugging:

stupid meds. they cause me to grab wrong words lots of times. Feather, not Flower. Both start with a F and it looks somewhat like a flower braided around the shoulders. So my brain grabbed that word. Usually I take more time to proof-read but my son was needing my help so I quickly posted it.

Yes, PC but I don’t do the testing, not computer savvy enough for that.

Sent in a report, it has to be a bug or something not letting it show up, but stating that I bought the body paint.

Alright, if it’s the feathers one then at least the problem becomes less mysterious for the dev team to figure it out :slight_smile:

LOL they will go stupid female. LOL I want a new brain, also a new back. Sigh.

Told back too bad, not possible for surgery, brain, take medications and deal with memory loss and mental confusion and live or not take it and probably die.

Hey Janna,

Make sure the Paint shows up in the Paint tab of your Inventory. Bring up your Inventory and there will be 4 tabs; 1. Inventory, 2. Handcraft, 3. Outfits, 4. Paints

Try to re-equip it there. You may have to do the colors again if it did not save the first time. But after clicking on the Paint you purchased (should be the only one that shows up) the first button that pops down will be “Equip this Body Paint”. And it should save your colors from there on out though.

Thank You! It didn’t show that yesterday and didn’t try that today. It showed it up, I’m going to redo the colors, as they are showing the default, not what I picked out. Thanks again.
