I guess you could say, I’m Bandless.
Hmm, I still will call it Oort, just with a “aka Boundless” addon …
But please don’t drop the old
logo. And if you don’t send me a T-shirt I will be forced to make one on my own!
Then call it Oortless. Or Bound Online
Well, I was going to upload an ICO file for the game, but apparently it’s not an acceptable file type!
Also: *Announcement
Looks nice,I guess this is goodbye Oort online,I didn’t know you long, but in the time i did know you…you were my best friend.
️
Boundless is… okay, it just sounds somewhat hipster to me, like " journey" , yaknow? the new forum feels simplistic, cant get used to it, but overall cool, cant wait for the trailer next week
Oh,I had forgotten about that,@Ben you going to voice it again?
The forum is the same?
After the release “bound online” could be a real fitting name
It’s Tribal Ben this time, Game-dev Ben’s distant cousin.
Onwards and upwards (hope you didn’t get a tattoo). We have the
Boundless glyph now, you can get that tattoo’d instead!
Now where you mentioned it: I really thought of a tattoo of the logo, and even with a new one now I would pick the old one … Cuz it was the beginning of this great game and will still be in our hearts even long after the release … even of it’s sequels
Huh… I did like “Oort”. Well I guess I have to go with that…
The Oort will stil be part of the universe and lore – but the game is now called Boundless. Embrace it!
The name itself is epic, but that is also why it is so weird for me to say, again oort online was very fitting for a sort of casual and fun game, while boundless tilts more towards an EPIC game, so its not bad, but it just twists what i expect the game to be, by a lot.
(still deeply hoping for crafting progressions, and chakram weapons, and it seems alot more possible now)
To put it into perspective, this is how i see the game called ‘‘Oort Online’’
and this is ‘‘Boundless’’
Name announcement is now official on Facebook (facebook.com/playboundless) and Twitter (twitter.com/playboundless).
I know I know…
What about “Boundless: Oort Universe”?
