I may have not found the answer , but I did see some buff food for armors and/or atmospheres. Is there a buff also for underwater staying (some time)?
I sell loot sticks with ‘that sinking feeling’ quirk (which allows for longer breathing underwater as well as sinking to bottom) in my shop at the Dzassak Market:

You can survive underwater indefinitely with heal over time brews and the right build.
