On this site I will post my builds and add what type it is shop/castle/base/garden/, add some picture the info to find and visit it and a little write up ow and add a option for people to mark if it doesn’t exist anymore but just mark it as deleted but keep the pictures and info if you do this I’ll be happy!!! 
. It be super easy you type castle bam nice list off all castles in-game for inspiration ow maybe add likes so people compete for top ranking

Like someone suggested to DK awhile back. Check Wix. Pretty easy and free. And you can upgrade if needed.
You can set up galleries and make categories. And more.
can wix make it so people can submit there builds and the site adds them automated kinda like this site
