It’s been touched on before throughout the years, but bones as blocks and building material.
I’m not suggesting anything overly complex, turn bones into blocks, those blocks into other stuff:
Bone blocks, like a stone block… but bone
refined bone blocks
decorative bone blocks
bone beams, poles
bone doors, trapdoors (more basic ones, more decorative ones)
bone signs
bone storage

We already have blocks with bone. Mosaic, marble, decorative gravel, and wicker…
