What items do you need refreshed? I usually keep a short list so that it goes quickly. Most of the time I just have creature resources and a few other miscellaneous items in the list.
But for real though, what is OP asking?

My butt scraper is functional now, just waiting for the compactness arguments to be solved so the API is pushed to live. The unfortunate side effect is that motivation to do manual scans is lower
