I am buying sap at my alnitans location called portalis observatory. Just put 30,000c in a request basket under my stairs. 3c/sap.

Yep defo talk to nightstar or just got to his shop and pay 4c but you will most certainly get bulk!

His place is the sunken storage he has a portal in PS biitula first tier above the planet portals.
