Nope, at the moment they spawn once when the world is generated and that’s it.
Those trees you found look like they are handmade.
They are both build by me ^^ So no, you can’t spawn them

they are but they look good so i wanna know if they are able to convert to the world builder and spawn them or something

Its called smooth sandstorm you put sand and craft sandstorm and use that to craft them i asume you mean the grey ones that have LOTs of lines
It’s smooth sandstone ^^ 4 sand=1 sandstone–>4 sandstone=1 smooth sandstone

If you go on the settlement and look at the minimap you see a cross in a black circle on the map there is it
