On low settings, perhaps. On a side note, sticks of ram are cheap and simple to install.

I run it on a Core 2 Duo 3.00GHz with 8Mb RAM and it runs well enough on almost max settings, so you may be able to get away with low settings. Mine is a desktop though, with an independent (not great but ok) graphics card, so that may make a difference.
I would look into more RAM though, if you are able, as @Havok40k suggests - it may make a bit of a difference

Yea i have been thinking of getting some ram i don’t know when but i’ll get some!
Yea i used to have a good pc… Untill it breaks from installing windows 10 because the guy i got the pc from didn’t put genuine windows 
this makes problems i think, it seems like you have no seperate graphiccard, that means that you have only a cpu with integratet graphic chip and this chip using a part from the RAM. And you have only 2 GB RAM.
I think you can not play Boundless, maybe on the lowest settings with 10-15 fps, but this makes no fun i think.
