I have tried deleting and re-installing - still same error!!! Need Help!!!
Just bought the game too. Exactly same problem but on PC (Error 16).
I though servers was down but Steam Charts show 275 players online.

Sorry for the problem. It appears there there is a bug with new user accounts we are looking in to.

I’m having this problem too and tbh it’s a bit disappointing to spend £32 on a game that doesn’t work! This needs fixing now.

We pushed a hot fix to Steam. You many need to use Steam->Exit to force Steam to update.
The PS4 patch is in submission.
