Sorry if it seems like a stupid question, but idk if you can do this or not. I’d really prefer to continue off my old account rather than start a whole new set. I’ve recently bought my very first computer and would like to just transfer the characters to the PC platform. I don’t mind having to purchase the game a second time’ just don’t want to have to constantly switch between platforms to manage plots and whatnot. Thank you guys for your time and sorry for bothering you all 
PS. I know that it’s highly unlikely that this is a thing
In short: I believe the profiles are more on the PS side of things but no, the characters and such are locked to the PS account exclusively.

The answer is nope. I had to keep my ps4 simply as I didn’t want to start over.

No, but you can make your PC characters and then give them all the perms
