When trying to open a warp conduit to my saved locations on Berlyn they all say “Cannot open warp” where the warp button should be.
From where you tried to warp berlyn? Maybe you didnt have enough blinksecs on your skill?

Warp from Nasharil. I dont see blinksecs in the skills, what is it under? Also where levels reset at some point? Im level 1 for some reason.
Skills were reset quite a while back, if it’s not a new character then you should still have all the skill points you accumulated. Just press esc and go to character then skills and you should be able to redistribute them all.
Sometimes clicking the location again, or exiting the UI and trying again, works for me.
