Can't access Tint Kit or body paint after purchase

I bought both a tint kit and new body paint. Neither show up in inventory or the character select screen. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here. Can anyone help?

Go to your inventory and tab over to Outfits and Paint. You can change the colors there with the tint kit.
