I’m trying to buy a Ruby Slingbow, but every time I click purchase it says “1 coins spent,” but it doesn’t transfer to my inventory and I keep my money.

Are you doing this to transfer between alts? If so, I reckon it’ll be a tax problem? Try raising the price to 10c.
If it’s not an alt thing, then I have no idea 
I had the same issue. I couldn’t buy gem tools, and only gem tools from my main acc, playing on my alt.
Yeah it is an alt thing. I raised the price to 11 but still didn’t work.

You can charge 0c. That how i transfer Items right now.

I’ve had this happen to me on all my characters with Warp crystals.
Probably a different thing entirely but still…
Nope it happened to me too when buying someone elses warp crystals, and my own warp crystals.
The best way to exchange between alts is to have someone has third party being friend with all your char. Then he makes you a beacon at his place and give full permission to all your chars. Been doing this for a week now and it works fine.
So the cost for this is pretty much doing a nice build on one of your friend beacon and putting storage there. It cost a landplot for the third party, but then again, you can do the same thing for him.
